Booking, made easy...
1. Contact our bookings office To check availability of your group's preferred play date. Tentative bookings can be made for your choice of session time and estimated numbers of players. At this stage, also let us know if you are using any gift vouchers or discount cards.
2. Collect a deposit from each player Either send in your deposit to Hot Shots via Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Credit Card over the phone. Paying a deposit secures your booking. Deposits are usually paid 2 weeks in advance so as not to miss out.
IMPORTANT: The group organizer should not pay a deposit from their own funds. Collect deposits from players to guarantee their commitment.
3. Contact Hot Shots One week prior to game day to advise of any alterations to your booking. If all players are attending etc. This is our last opportunity to alter staff and equipment requirements for the day.
That's it – Now you're ready to play.
NO – SHOWS
Deposits are required as a minimum fee for staff, equipment set-up and equipment break-down. This work is conducted for every player that books in. Therefore the deposit taken covers this cost. If a player fails to turn up without sufficiently notifying our office, then that player forfeits their paid deposit.
